I'd love to hear one of the great McIntosh integrateds in my system.
I absolutely love the way it looks and heard it at a friends home. Just wonderful.

Joe- if the big Mac integrated was quad balanced, would have just upgraded to that instead of the MC601s back in the day.

Absolutely. I agree. I am not sure why, but none of the integrateds are quad balanced. Even some of the newer amps say push-pull on their website but say quad balanced in the owner's manual. I have asked for clarification but never receive an answer.
