Magico S5 with McIntosh ?

I'm just wondering if anyone thinks McIntosh will mate well with the Magico S5 speakers?
 
My MC601's were effortlessly driving the S5 last night, at first I thought this pairing would not work. However after break in Magico and Mcintosh are making beautiful music together. Micro details, bass extension, staging, low level detail were all top notch. Rest of the system consisted of C50, and ARC CD9. Cabling was Nordost throughout except on the CD9 where a Kubala XLR and power cord was used. Guess I should also disclose I am a dealer for all products mentioned above.

In terms of Swiss made tube amps, there are Colotube, Officina Tron and Eternity Joe (pretty stuff).
 
I think the combo would be excellent. 601's
and a 2500 (or C500T) would be excellent. The 601's represent the new Mc amp sound. Faster, a bit more forward and modern sounding (better micro details). I suspect it would be very complimentary with the S5's.
