I heard this Lovett track in a demo once and had to add it to a favorites playlist.

Saw him this summer with his large band and a gospel choir- great show. Very funny and humble. Hope to see him again

Russ Kunkel was the drummer who played with JT, Ronstadt , Dan Fogelberg was awesome. Who knew he had such great jazz chops

One of my all time favorites! I've seen him 6 times, including twice in Austin at bars, incredible shows. Got to see him last summer with the gospel singers and his large band, and Emmylou Harris and then again a concert with John Hiatt a couple months ago. My favorite LPs (although digitally mastered) are "Pontiac" "and His Large Band" (self titled) "Joshua judges Ruth" "My baby don't tolerate" All are very good recordings.
