Hello to all you Lumin users and especially Peter.

I have a Lumin U2 mini and I have noticed random start up two times today. Firmware is the latest one (15.1). Lumin was always turned off from the Android app when this happened. I use Android phone and Android tablet to control Lumin, both Android 12.
Latest random start up: Lumin does not started to play music but my active monitors woke up from the sleeping state (Genelec 7360A + 2x8340A, AES/EBU is used). Lumin was turned off many hours ago.
Second latest random start up happened few seconds after shutting off and Lumin continued to play music which was playing before shutting off (Tidal). What could cause this?

Related to this issue I noticed another feature: Lumin is set to go to the idle sleep state after one hour but obviously this state does not totally end digital output data because my active monitors won't go to sleeping state. AES/EBU digital audio clock will keep Genelec monitors active. I tested it with removing AES/EBU cable from other monitor and then it wen't to sleeping state after waiting time (set to 10 min). Is it possible to add also automatic shut down feature like "Idle sleep" feature?

If you're using iOS, please update Lumin app to 8.2.

To turn off AES during standby, please use Lumin app 8.2 (if on iOS) to explicitly change the Lumin hardware to standby state, instead of relying on idle sleep timer.

To avoid other devices from waking the Lumin hardware via network, please disable AirPlay "Lumin Streaming", Spotify Connect, Roon Ready, Tidal Connect, Multi-Room. And make sure you don't have more than one device running Lumin app.

I use Android to control Lumin. App version 5.1.0.

I have always turned off Lumin via Android app: Setup -> Options -> Power. In this case AES output is disabled and Genelecs go to the sleep state after 10 minutes. The problem is when the Lumin starts without asking. In that case only possibility is the idle sleep timer.

Lumin streaming, Roon Ready and Multi-Room are OFF. Tidal connect and Spotify connect are ON, because I use them. Is it a problem to use two devices to control Lumin (I have used two Android 12 devices but only one device at a time)? Do you think that Tidal connect or Spotify connect is the cause of the random start up problem (even if have not used Tidal/Spotify app to start playback on the Lumin)?

OK, I am looking forward to it! I Just noticed fourth unwanted start up today. Lumin app from Android tablet was already uninstalled before that (to have only one Lumin app installed). Now I disabled Spotify connect to see if that is the reason...
