Lumin support for Linn Kazoo app

There is a pre-release beta firmware to support the free Linn Kazoo app control of Lumin music playback - especially Tidal / Qobuz features (but not including Lumin settings or firmware upgrade).

(I think it would be more useful for Android users than iOS users, given the limitations of the current Android app.)

Those who like to try it please let me know and state your Lumin model (S1 / A1 / T1 / D1 / M1 / U1).
