Problem:
Some units of (not all) Seagate Backup Plus >2TB USB HDD are not recognized by Lumin players.
Solution:
1. Connect the Seagate USB HDD to a Windows PC
2. Backup any music or other data files from the HDD, if necessary
3. Use Disk Management to delete the partition of the Seagate USB HDD - Warning: this erases all data, so exercise extreme caution not to choose the wrong drive
4. Use Disk Management to create a partition that encompass the whole drive, and format it as NTFS using the quick format option, without encryption
5. Restore the music files, if necessary
Technical analysis:
The GPT partition table has an error, although Windows ignore it. It is not ignored by Linux OS, causing a problem.
