Lumin playing selections but no sound...

I have a perplexing issue that started right after I installed the Linn Kazoo app (Microsoft Apps - suggested on another thread) and I cannot figure out what is going on. On certain songs (completely random) on my playlist or on the "My Weekly Q", the songs will be playing but no sound will be delivered.

I am running a Lumin UX1 with a Pro Series ANK 5.1 Signature DAC and there are no issues playing 90% of the songs on Qobuz but there are certain ones that simply will not play. I cannot seem to figure out as to why.

Here is what I have done so far -

Deleted the Linn app altogether from the laptop (allowed me to operate the Lumin via the Windows based laptop)

Couple of hard resets on the Lumin

Deleted Qobuz and reinstalled the app on th ephone and iPad

Hard reset on the phone

Hard reset and subsequent re-powering up everything in sequence on the network

Checked for any updates (all up to date)

For example, when I try to play a Alice in Chains selection, the songs are playing (as evidenced by the time moving like normal) but there is no sound. All songs will play but only an estimated 90% will have sound. The other 10% of selections play but have no sound.

I have already reached out to Qobuz and they are drawing a blank.

Any suggestions? Thanks for taking the time to read this and I am definitely open to suggestions.

The DAC seems to lack support for some sample rates.

For this particular DAC, try this:

Set Lumin Re-sampling to Custom
Resample 176.4kHz to 44.1kHz
Resample 88.2kHz to 44.1kHz
Resample 192kHz to 96kHz
Resample all DSD to 44.1kHz
