Lumin Froze Up

While attempting to switch playlists, my Lumin A1 froze up and now only displays a dim dime sized circle. Repeated restarts, and a hard reset have had no results. What to do?

This too has happened to me.

Try turning off and on your iPad.

Thanks, but I have done that too. The Synology NAS seems to shut down simultaneously. Restarting it too has had no effect.

Please power down all devices on the network (as many as possible), including the NAS.

Please turn off the Lumin power supply. Use a small pin to press and hold the reset button. While holding the reset button, power on the Lumin. Keep holding it (for about 20 seconds) until you see small text on the front panel.

If the front panel circle stays still, then power up the rest of the network.

Is the reset button on the P/S or the Lumin?
