My Lumin D2 crashed today during the latest firmware update. Since then it is totally dead. I powered off and on several times. I attempted to do a reset of the unit per the instruction manual and that failed. My App does not see the LUMIN at all and will not communicate with the unit. Any ideas what I can do? Thank you.
