LUMIN D2 crash with TuneIn

Hello, I have a Lumin D2. For some time, when I use the TuneIn radio with the Lumin apps, the Lumin apps turns off then restarts but I have to restart the radio. This can happen after 20 minutes of listening to the radio, sometimes 3 min. It's very random. Has anyone had this problem before and have a solution? Thanks !

Make sure you are using the original power supply instead of an external third party power supply.


In Lumin app About function of Lumin D2, please try a factory reset.
