Lumin app iOS minimum requirement will be changed to iOS 11.
This is caused by Apple no longer supports building of 32 bit app with the latest Apple XCode development tool. At the same time, we cannot keep using a last generation XCode as it causes problems for us with newer iOS. If you can run iOS 11 or later, it implies the Apple SoC in your iOS device is 64 bit.
Only iPad / iPhone released after Fall 2013 with 64-bit A7 SoC or newer can be used. That means the oldest devices can run Lumin app are: iPad Mini 2 (2013), iPad Air 1 (2013), iPhone 5S (2013), iPod Touch 6 (2015), iPad 5 (2017).
(This has no relation to Lumin Android app.)
