Hello.
I would like your opinions on that cable would be more appropriate for a Lumin A1, considering that the LPSU is totally separate from the digital part

The Sigma digital.
Even though the power supply is separate, the digital cable is the one to use. It was designed for digital music players,DAC's,CD players etc.

Most Lumin owners that I know use the Shunyata Alpha or Sigma cables , it really makes a noticeable difference in sound quality.

I use Alpha Digital with A1 and hear significant sonic improvement.

The Shunyata Alpha Digital is 80% of the Sigma Digital for less than half the money.

That is pretty close. With my Bryston BDP-1, when I went from a Zitron Cobra to the Alpha Digital I was amazed at the improvement. Later I upgraded the Alpha to the Sigma, and the improvement was minor compared to the Alpha.

I agree

Going to the Alpha was down right amazing. Then upgrading to the Sigma was definitely better - and its a good value but over the Alpha its not the amazing improvement the Alpha was.

I hope I'm really not imagining things. Normally I disregard subtle differences for cable burn-in but this is weird. I have my first Alpha digital on BDP-1 player and it got settled down pretty quick (maybe 3-4 days) and didn't notice much more difference for another week or so and I added my second Alpha digital on my DAC. My DAC had HiDiamond P3 previously. After 3-4 days, things went south and all over the place. Today is the 17th day since I added second Alpha digital (with constant music playing both on BDP-1 and DAC) and things start to sound really good again, even better than right after second Alpha digital was added on the DAC. Experience very close to another holy c**p moment I had with the first Alpha digital. Anyone tracks Alpha digital break in process before?

I've never had a Shunyata power cord change much after the 6-10 day period. I think the amount of current going through the cord determines the length of the changes.
