Looking for opinion in Berning Quadrature Z

Hi,
I am talking to David Berning for a custom 100 watts amp based on his Quadrature model. I have never heard any Berning amp. Any opinion about them will be highly helpful.
 
I have heard several that were owned by owners of systems that I voiced. Always thought they were outstanding. From all reports, reliability was high as well.

I currently own the original Tenor OTL 75. Will the Berning be an upgrade ? I am just a little worried about the SMPS based power supply. I have seldom liked Linn products mostly because of its SMPS.
