I just got myself one of those.

2704 pcs
856 pages long manual
Age: 16+
Scale 1:8

The thing is HUGE. Everything is working in this car. It even has a working PDK transmission, with R, N and several D gears and paddleshifters (working !) next to the steering wheel. How cool is that ?

I was always a huge LEGO Technic fan in my youth, so when I saw this, beeing a petrolhead as well, I just got to buy one. In fact I bought two, LoL.

Just started assembling. It may take a while though ...
 
I was helping my granddaughter (age 5) build the LEGO Millenium Falcon. Very complicated. But only 150+ page manual. When I was a kid we had Lincoln logs. :-) Larry
 
Today's progress: transmission.

It is fully working - incredible piece of design/engineering. It has a few forward gears. Look how the gears turn at different speeds:
