I always was intrigued with his dressing style and presence at audio events.
Seemed to me like the audio equivalent of a "made man" with his strong ties to Marantz.

I remember him as the face and voice of Marantz. I owned a 2245 and then 2290 before going totally nuts. Not sure if they were before or after his tenure? The "totally nuts" part refers to me jumping from that to tri-amped Infinity Servo Statics.
