Keep getting Network Error message on front panel of U1

Checked everything I know how, rebooted everything, all other network access is normal. Anyone experience this before and solve? Thanks
 
Network Error means Lumin cannot get an IP address from your WiFi router.

Firstly, observe the network lights flash at both Lumin network port and the port of your WiFi router. If they do not flash, use another network cable and connect it to a different port in your WiFi router.

Please power down the Lumin, then power cycle your WiFi router. (If you use a network switch with it, power cycle it as well.) Wait for 5 minutes, then power up the Lumin.
 
I seem to have the same problem with the network error sign coming in intermittently.. the lights in the back at ethernet port are flashing and I restarted the router and switch and lumin etc..

it was working but at times I was losing control from the app or the song would drop out and jump to the next one in the playlist.. now it’s not showing up at all on the app and there’s just the circle on the front display but I have no control..
 
Welcome to the forum as well. Sometimes, if I move stuff around a drop (and while my main system is primarily used for two channel, it is an integrated AV system and things are extremely difficult to get to the connections as per the pic), I'll accidentally hit the ethernet cable going from the wall to the Lumin U1 (and I have Revelation Audio Labs Cat 8 thick cables with metal connectors that sometimes don't sit right into the wall plate going to my office where my router is), I'll get the network error message and then have to jiggle the connector to get it to make contact. Happens very infrequently.

Please try a different network cable and connect the Lumin to a different network port.
