Jérôme, lovely system mate. I've been watching your journey for 3 years now, tubes have you!

Thank you Kev.
You changed more than me ! I cannot keep up with you !
All my systems are based on tubes now. Except for my office.
Pics to follow.

The loop is complete : from Harbeth M40.1 to the Harbeth P3ESR. Same HUGE love.

Plans : Selling the DeVore Super 8's and replace them by Harbeth's. Probably M30.1.

Plans : thinking about replacing the Rega's and replace them by.....yes you found : Harbeth's. :D
Problem : The Rega are beautiful.
The Harbeths are boxes. Will have to find beautiful wood stands instead of the classic black ones.
So not sure yet to change the Rega's.

Absolutely beautiful photos, rooms and systems Jerome. Thank you for posting.

What Jadis amp is that? Very nice!

Absolutely beautiful Jerome !! Nice touch!

So you have 4 systems. How you manage to listen to all of them ? I'm sure the main room gets most of the time what about the rest ?

Beautiful Jerome! There is no mistaking your main room for anyone else's. I would LOVE to hear your system one day.

Thanks a lot for the nice comments folks. I really appreciate. Main room gets the Lion share of course.
Others get used only around 10 hours a month. But my new office system will get much more than this.

Simply beautiful space you've there Jerome, but might I inquire about the abstract art piece behind your Giscours?, as it's lovely as well.

Thank you Oscar !

That is a pic I chose on the web when searching for " Music Painting". I do not know the author. It is on a GIK Art Panel.
The other one is a replica of a Gaudi stained-glass.

Jerome,

Please tell me about your Manley 300B preamp. I love the looks. How does it sound?

Jerome, very nice systems. I especially like the main system setup. Totally unique in the pillows in the ceiling. The acoustics must be really good with the pitched ceilings as well.

Love that table. Beautiful, like fine art. Enjoy it my friend!

Jerome,

Please tell me about your Manley 300B preamp. I love the looks. How does it sound?

Very dynamic and detailed.
I had it side by side with the Mc C1000P.
It was a night and day difference in terms of presence, weight, dynamic, extension and clarity of the bass, as well as the fruity and beautiful timbres.
The change of the 300B's from stock EH to the Gold Lion ones ( after I saw Shindo put them in the D'Yquem ) raised the bar even higher.
It is inferior to the Giscours for ultimate definition and richness of timbres. But not by a huge amount.
Will never leave my home. Very surely the best unit David Manley ever designed.
If I had not so many amps already, and not so much love for the 225, I would buy the 300B monoblocks...
But this preamp makes a perfect wedding with the 225 !
+ the radio remote is just stunning. I can control the volume from anywhere in the house.
