Is it possible to get 211/845 based amps for 6k or less

And have them be high quality, musical units? I am looking at lots of amps online but they all seem to be 10k plus. Am I searching wrong? (probably )
Or are the design parameters of these tubes just that costly?

You should be able to find a nice used pair of Cary 805AE's for that. They can handle both 845 and 211 tubes. I prefer the sound of the later.
