And then an Antipodes server does serve as an AirPlay port, but there again, you'll need a DAC, with an USB input this time. And there the quality is quite good, at least with their flagship DX (I'm a distributor) and it gets you a good solution into the world of computer audio and HD files.
Thanks for the link Adrian. Hadn't heard of this one before. I use the Toslink out from a Nyrius Songo which has Apt-x Bluetooth if I want to stream something from my Samsung Galaxy. However, this Mass Fidelity would have a much superior analogue out. However, for someone with a Toslink input on a dac, the Nyrius works quite well:If your iPod has buetooth you can try this:
