Received a Niagra 1200 the other day after some serious research.

Typically I find many power conditioners while have some positive sonic benefits can ultimately deaden the sound a bit to its detriment.

I didn't even try it cold as I immediately put it on non-stop burn in.

Did some initial listening last night (knowing it needs more time), but so far it's a really nice improvement that is not subtle. I tried units plugged into the unit, plugged into the wall, switched between power cables and such, and the Niagra had no negative attributes I could detect (and I'm really finicky).

Build quality also seems quite robust, and the manual was an entertaining read! LOL

I'll be doing a full video review and talk specifics, but if you are considering one I think it would definitely be a safe buy.

just curious as to your thoughts on the niagara 1200 after having had more time with it... significant reduction in system noise floor? any negative impact of the high current outlets versus just using the wall outlet?

thanks!

I've been EXTREMELY pleased with it. Mike really steered my right on this one.

I've head conditioners over the years that I feel have a side effect of making the music sound more dead and lifeless. The AQ 1200 does not do that in my system and is a fantastic addition. I'm very pleased with it.
