I don’t know of anything less expensive unless you can find used.

B&K 606. Vintage tester.
Hard to beat for the price.
Reasonably accurate, test a wide variety of tubes.
Simple and compact.

Prices are hard to beat but finding one in good shape appears to be challenging.

The 606 is so simple that not much can go wrong.
Perhaps a better option is to Pick up a TV-7 from FleaBay for around $500 and send it out to Dan Nelson (the TV-7 guru) for refurbishing ($200-$300 approx) and your all set.

The Orange is a basic "Go-No Go" tester. It really doesn't tell you much about the tube beyond that.
It's sensitivity and accuracy are only acceptable at best.
But it is new.
