I know Mike is fond of this brand. I picked up one of their integrated tube amplifiers, the Retro 50, last week. It has every sort of digital connectivity you can think of, a great phono stage with line 7 different RIAA phono filters and is all in all an excellent sounding EL 84 amp. Highly recommended, especially for $1500. Here’s a link to a review:

Despite it’s low wpc, it drives the Music Culture RL21 monitors I bought from Randy Myers with beautiful tonality with plenty of authority (BTW, Randy, these are terrific speakers)!!

Hey Robert! I'm thrilled to hear you are enjoying it! I still consider that unit the best $1500 integrated on the market, bar none. The integration of all features is incredible and makes each 'component' operate at a much higher level than they do on a component level. iFi's biggest mistake on that unit was marketing it with the speakers as an office solution when in reality that integrated is very worthy of a main system.

MastersounD will be releasing a new integrated that will compete somewhat against it soon that you should keep your eyes on:

Congrats, nice retro look.

I always enjoy small monitor based systems. In many situations they offer everything possible based on within the given acoustic boundaries.
