I need help to do a factory reset on my Lumin L2. I've been able to stream music from the internal SSD drives until recently. For some reason, I can't connect to the L2 via the Lumin app or my Win 11 network. I've tried various fixes (power down the L2 and network devices, removed the SSD drives) but still can't connect to the L2. The L2 works as a switch but not as a server.
I've contacted the US distributor but it won't help or provide repair service (even at my cost). I've contacted other Lumin dealers but they don't have in-store repair service. I'm currently looking for an independent audio repair service near Chicago to evaluate the L2.
