How to replace a 70V volume control on speaker?

I have 8-ceiling speakers in an office to repair. Every speaker has a defective center mounted tiny 70V volume control. Where do I find replacement volume controls and are they easy to replace for an advanced DIYer?

I doubt it ever sees 70v, but you need to figure out what kind of potentiometer it is, total resistance, and logarithmic versus linear taper.

70V systems are common in area sound reinforcement applications. I would pose your question to the Audiokarma forum. Someone there has probably run across this product.
