Sharks win game 1 in round three. The Blues haven’t played since Tuesday, so they were probably slow. Monday’s game should be closer.

Is this the year they finally win the Stanley Cup? I hope so. Then Joe Thorton can retire. :)

yeah it would be nice to see the Blues win. I still have fond memories of Bobby Orr (almost fifty years ago) flipping the puck passed Glenn Hall, going horizontal, to win the Cup in overtime of game 7, ahhhhh the good ole days !

It's been a long time. I'm so tired of next year.
Yes I remember 67. I'm not sure that will ever happen in my lifetime and I'm not that old.

LOL, if you're truly old enough to remember the last time the Leafs hoisted the cup, you're old !!

Sharks win game 2. A little controversy, but that’s hockey. Time to drink beer, and listen to music all night. I think I am starting to understand retirement. :)

A little? It’s funny how optics can change depending on which jersey you’re wearing.

After reading the NHL’s response, and interviews from both teams’ players, I think it’s pretty clear what happened and what should have been called.

By the by, instant replay’s function (in any sport) is to help get calls correct. Period. Not get some calls correct, caveat. Review all calls or none.

I was a mere kid in High School the last time these two met for the cup, go Blues !!
