Jeff, enjoyed the review. Unfortunately, I had to put this one into the 'Audio Component Fantasy' folder.

There are probably some aspects of your job (like most jobs) that you don't enjoy, but reviewing products like this one is probably not one of them!

Loved the review, Jeff! I can only imagine that the combination of the Apex with the Spirits would have set the room on fire with unfettered dynamics and visceral impact.

Looking at the internals images, I see some strong similarities to the Pilium amps, and to DartZeel as well. The bank of huge capacitors looks very much like the Pilium, and the buss bar connection across the top of the caps looks like what I saw inside the DartZeel 108.

I’d love an opportunity to hear the big Gryphon.
