Just wanted to give Roon their props. My Roon Nucleus stopped recognizing my iPad (or vice versa). Checked in with Mike at Suncoast Audio. He got on the phone with Roon and Roon contacted me about the issue. Turned out I had to send it in to Roon for a repair. Dylan at Roon was great. He answered my emails very promptly and I had the Roon Nucleus back in my audio system a week later. That's a pretty darn good turn around. Many kudos to Dylan at Roon and Mike at Suncoast Audio for the great service. Thanks, guys. I truly appreciate it.
