Furutech Nanoflux .... speaker cable

Are you sure the NCF tech will trickle into non power related products? It's obvious it will make it to the 20A AC and IEC models and I suspect the Shunko's as well but was wondering about other connector types.

I emailed Furutech a while ago. They will come out with connectors using NCF, just don't know when. Perhaps more to come at CES 2016?

Cool, thanks.

It would be nice if they would come out with angled bananas in the carbon/rhodium line-up. That's one of the only product offerings to not get the high-end carbon/rhodium treatment. They just offer the straight bananas.

I just had a pair of speaker cables and IC's made with the NCF bulk power cord cable. I'll keep you posted as they break in. I think Furutech products are of spectacular quality…

Interesting termination combination. I suppose you can order any banana spade combination? The spades are solid but I don't like using them except when I have to, eg spades and bananas on the same amp binding post for a bi-wire. Even then, it is better to double up to a single banana if gauge permits it.

You will lose the rhodium plate on the spades when screwing down the post but this is never an issue with the banana and I lock them in hard! (see below on my surround speakers which are bi-amped with the same termination on the other end.)

The bananas can take heavy gauge. I love their carbon rhodium bananas. Performance and aesthetics plus.

Great to see on the Nano but curious if they have also undergone additional nano treatment. Also when you unscrew the barrels, I wonder if they have painted with nano and sealed with silicon. Even with these barrels, silver will oxidize if you don't fill it with silicon after the clamp down.

Steve. Of course You can order all possible configurations of termination. Bananas are OK for common users, but if You have to very often change connections spades are better ;-)

Hi
Technical differences You can find on producer page or in our review. If You're asking about differences in sound I can only tell, that Nanoflux range is offers more mature and saturated sound with more sublime trebles.

And ... Furutech NanoFlux NCF Power arrived :yahoo1:
