Yes, but you need special equipment to get the true sound for what it is.
Even if I had the equipment to play back this stuff, I find myself not in the least bit interested for some reason. It just does nothing for me. I just prefer 2.0, that's it.
I also personally don't think the whole DSD Ultra Hi-rez thing is going to make it long term. Just a feeling in my gut, not based on any official documentation or anything. I think it's going to go the way of HDCD and 3D TV fairly quickly. What do I think may kill it? Can't say for certain of course, but it could be anything from lack of interest to unavailable gear on both physical and price level or even the industry itself killing it for some stupid reason which we have seen more than once before.
