Personally; his speakers are boxy looking, black, not attractive, and that's just me.

As for one or two speakers; it's up to each customer to decide for themselves what they prefer most.

As you have made abundantly clear with your further replies, the answer was in the article. I'm a hands on guy Bob, like when referring to an article, it's one I have read. Stereo gear, is the same, I reply of my experiences. Like Paul mentioned though, it is a great story & a tribute to a guy that believes & never gave in.

Being a panel guy i would rather have ( 2 ) Magnepan's 20.7 than only ( 1 ) :)
