It's now been a couple of days since I plugged in my new amp. No surprise, huge improvement over my Emotiva XPA-2. Everything has more texture-top to bottom. The center is more defined, smoother transition left to right, as well as front to rear. Attack and decay are much more obvious.
I find myself repeatedly saying "I've never heard that" on vinyl I am very familiar with. Reno HiFi has a offer on this amp that was hard to pass(pun intended) up.

Congratulations! What speakers and preamp are you using?

My Salk Songtowers were delivered by Jim for RMAF 2013. Preamp is a Emotiva USP-1, but I'm using a Van Alstine phono preamp that I purchased in December.
i had planned on replacing my preamp, and then my amp, both of which are a couple of years old.

First Watt amps are magical. I've owned a lot of amps; and while many have impressed me, in different ways...there are 2 that come to mind, as being just the most wholly "musical". The M2, and the Belles 150A Hot Rod.
