Firmware upgrade problem

Has anyone had issues with the 12.0a upgrade? I have tried twice to update my D1 but it just sits on ‘Starting 12.0a upgrade’ for hours so I have to power it off and back on. It then boots up as normal asking if I want to upgrade again? Any advice welcome.

Firstly thanks to Peter for providing the firmware file. It turns out I didn't need it in the end after a few more attempts it completed the install successfully :rolleyes: Not sure what the issue was but all sorted now :D
