Enhancements and fixes:

• U1: Support USB DSD512 and PCM 768kHz output with compatible DAC (Linux mode)
• Fixed JRiver and Audirvana playback problem in UPnP mode
• D2: Fixed some TuneIn radio playback problem

DSD512 and PCM768 are reserved for U1, not U1 MINI

Apart from the difference that you point out, in terms of the sound quality of the transmission of a file 16 / 44.1 by USB to a DAC, what differences would you say there is between U1 and U1 mini

The better power supply in the U1 (large) sounds better. It also has a heavy and thick aluminium chassis for mechanical stability and shielding.

No. The A1 / S1 / T1 and X1 use a proprietary connector, whereas the D1 uses standard 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC power plug. Even modifying the former (note: voids warranty) to have a plug of the latter it won't work.
