Looking for some input here. I was/am considering a purchase of some Terrulium Q speaker cables…. The Black Diamond specifically .

What’s curious is the designer that did the work for Terrulium Q is now the owner/designer of EWA cables. He has a product , the Ls 80 that is meant to compete with the Terrulium but at a substantial savings due to manufacturer direct sales.

I was hoping that someone here could back up the brilliant forum reviews these cables have received .

I need a 24’ length and they need to be relatively flat . I tried Nordost Red Dawn and Frey and they were a terrible match , no idea why but not good for my application.
I currently use Analysis Plus Big Silver Oval and they are quite good but I want “more”

At 23’, you know I’m into some serious money and the need to keep them flattish eleminates many terrific products

Let me know your thoughts , please and thanks.

I hope it's ok to link to another Forum, there's 17 pages about the LS80 here....

There was a loan scheme going on but not sure if it still is and I don't think they were sending out long lengths.

Colin Wonfor who designed them and as you rightly say he designed the Tellurium ones too before he got royally shafted by the current owner.

He's on various forums and is on the one I've linked under the username of CJ14 is you need to contact him, his friend Alan Brown deals with the sales side of things at EWA audio cables | ABCaudio | United Kingdom

Be aware that both Colin and Alan have been really ill lately and there's been a delay in both contact and orders being built and dispatched.

Hope this helps.

That is quite helpful actually , I will go through that thread this morning.

I did put an email into ABC but have not had a response as yet and clearly as you indicate there may be good reason for that.

I haven’t been an active member here all that long but have been a reader here for what seems like a long time. Hopefully someone I recognize from here has some hands on…. It appears to be a very good product
