Man, that's long list! In scanning about 10 pages it has become clear to me why my SRV and Steely Dan disks are among my better sounding CD recordings. Looks like Michael Jackson (or his engineers) got it, too.
Went home last night, set JRiver to display DR and, sure enough, the recordings I consider some of my best sounding CDs have higher dynamic range. Clapton's Journeyman is my best of his CDs and the numbers ranged from 11 to 15 on all tracks. Makes me wonder if part of the MQA secret is to correct overcompression mistakes. Might as well since they're starting from master recordings.

I believe that Roon now has a DR rating that displays on each album when they are playing.
I am not sure how the DR is determined. There is a setting within the Roon setup to display DR or not.
