I’ve owned Nines for almost 8 years now. I borrowed the X for about a week but they were a bit much for my room. In my very active room the Nines have become a little shouty to me and the X landed in the same place, albeit with much deeper bass that I enjoyed. I borrowed and then ordered Magico A3. The more neutral midrange I found to be a cure for what I wanted.
