Had one in my system for a while.

If you can live with the power output, it's a remarkable transparent amp.

Lots of tube rolling options. Outstanding customer support.

Well, 25 watts is nothing compared to the 400 Watts ? of Boulder power you have next to it. I have 135 Watt push pull triode amps. Probably not a lot different. 89DB speakers.

Did you find it transparent to the degree it was thin and brittle. Or was it transparrent as well as accurate well and full. Did it have balanced bass, mid and highs. Did it have drive and prat?

The amps on the floor in the picture are Technical Brain monos, the best amps I've ever heard.

Within its range, the Torri was transparent and balanced top to bottom with lots of drive and prat.

Your 89db speakers are right on the edge of the Torri's range, 90+db would be a much better match.
