dCS Bartók Streaming DAC

Pretty interesting DAC from dCS at a not completely outrageous price point. It’s sporting the currently required minimum feature set PCM/ DSD/ MQA/ Streaming/ Roon. It also comes with preamp capability, and can be ordered with a headphone amp.

In the current Stereophile issue review Jim Austin calls the dCS Bartók state of the art.

Their in-house developed Ring DAC is a non-DAC chip based implementation, similar to ladder DACs.
