Those are beautifully done and are very striking in a printed ad or screen context where this Gotham-esque aesthetic is desired. They are exceptionally well done and beautiful.

Strictly opinion: I think it does obscure some of the marvelous (edge and other) detail and visual impact of the speakers. Did the photographer also produce photos against a striking white background? This speaker line deserves both ways of viewing all the great detail...

How many photo critics does AS have?

Wise words you wrote a few years ago...

I guess the lesson I have learned (from your post) is that I will no longer comment on any thread on AS unless I'm in 100% backslapping agreement with the OP.

I thought the photos were beautiful and was saying so while offering another point of view. If that came across as overly critical, then I offer apologies.

Honest feedback is how we learn. If photos are taken for marketing purposes then it is important to know how the photos are received by the target audience. Not everyone will view the photos in the same way.

I was underwhelmed by the "glam shots". I preferred the "real world" photos with more contrast. But that is just my opinion.

I was offered a white background and I didn’t want it. I like the black background.

What’s funny is that the online/print mags are asking for “glam shots” to accompany the reviews. Guess they don’t like my poor iPhone photos. [emoji6]

Ozzy: Beautiful system! Is that a mounted power panel on the left wall? Any details on that would be appreciated.

I think that each type of photo has their place.

I like the glamour shots. They show the level of quality in the workmanship. The photos of them in actual rooms show what they look like in use. Both together give someone how they really look.
