Cables recommended for my ( MT10, C2300, MC275 x2, SF Elipsa SE) combo

So Nordost keeps on popping up. Let me do my due diligence and read up on it. Is Heimdall the suggestion?

I kind of dropped the ball on the cable hunt.

What about the classic Kimber Kable 8TC. From what I read its better than lamp cord. I remember on one website that WW eclipse was supposed to be a lot better. But it sounds like it might be a good starting point for me. I do not want to start at the top or the bottom. I intend to buy used if I can. I see there is a blue and black combo as well as a copper white combo (newer). Any one with any experience?

Bill

That too; detailed, tight bass, open, spacious, transparent, neutral, balanced, natural, and all that jazz.

Bill...Thank you for kind words :)

I really do love my KS 3035 Cables. Hope you can get one in used market to try.... They do come up once in a while at Audiogon.

Bill here is my impression with my Mac setup.

MT10 - Furutech Flux Silver Arrows. This cable was made for the MT10, IMO. I think a perfect marriage. Needs 100hrs. Recommend Hagerman Phono cable cooker, 1-2 weeks.

C1000T to MC2301s. WireWorld Platinum Eclipse G7 XLR 2m. Starts to sing at 100hrs is thin under 50. Also benefits from a cable burner like Hagerman. Very detailed, spacious, huge soundstage, neutral it all translates. It's an awesome cable & I am living quite happily with them but I would like to move these to a source in favour of a silkier Siltech Queen or Empress if I can find a way to swing a pair at a nice price. I think the Siltech is a little more polite & forgiving.

MC2301s to Dali Grands. WireWorld Platinum Eclipse G7 bi wire 2m. Edgy to begin with. Needed 200hrs to crystallise. Awesome cable, great match for the Scan-Speak drivers & silk dome tweeters. Well made, solid & stiff, no vibration travel. Not going anywhere.

As you can see, I am a huge silver fan with tube gear. I find the resolution & holography shimmers with silver pushed by McIntosh tube gear.

I concur on the WW Platinum Eclipse. I had a pair of speaker cables in my system for a few weeks last month and I didn't want to give them back. Amazing cable. Smooth, sweet, yet all the detail.

Both WireWorld Platinum & Siltech Royal Signature Series are great with McIntosh gear.

On the power side, Furutech PowerFlux with filters and/or Siltech combinations eg Ruby Mountain II + Flux-50 inline filters are also great solution choices with McIntosh gear.
