C2200 preamp question

I am considering buying a C2200 preamp. I was wondering how it compares in sound to a BAT 32 or 51se preamp. I am also considering a CJ ET-3se. I am looking for a warmer sound with good air, tranparency and detail without rolled highs to pair with my Pass X250 amp. I am currently using a Pass X1 preamp.
