Just wanted to give a shout out to Bryston. I had trouble updating my BDP1 because it had been so long since I updated it. They spent over an hour with a "log me in " session to correct the issue. Great customer service. Although I'm a dealer I am a customer as well.

Excellent. Bryston has always been at the top when it comes to customer service, and you have to love their twenty year warranty.
