Great customer service attracts me to a brand. If something breaks down, that is regrettable. The true test of the company is how they respond to fix it. I just want to put a big "shout out" to SVS Sound Customer Service. My out-of-warranty SVS SB-13Ultra subwoofer broke down recently. I reached out to SVS about it. Without any fuss or bother they had the spare part out the door the very next day. An out-of-warranty repair shipped to my door at no charge. That is great customer service. And that is why I own SVS stuff.
