I just ordered a pair of Ultimate Ear 11 In Ear Monitors for use with my iPhone and late night listening with my main system. Being BlueTooth capable, I want to add a BlueTooth transmitter, connected to my Pass Lab XP-20 PreAmp via the RCA outputs. Any reccomendations?

iFi has a new model released in the last couple of month.

iFi - Zen Blue Bluetooth DAC

Perhaps I wasn't clear- I need to create a Bluetooth signal from the Line Out connections on the Preamp in my main system which will be received by the Bluetooth capable head phones. It appears the iFi Blue Bluetooth device is designed to receive a Bluetooth signal, not transmit one.

Not knowing your budget, I would consider the Cary DMS-600 Streamer/DAC. It is the only DAC in its class that I know of that transmits a Bluetooth signal to headphones.

Wonder what your needs are.
This is a sender that needs a receiver and the receiver does have line out only.

You can connect a headphone amp to it but than you have a wired solution.
You might as well connect a headphone amp (assume you don't have a headphone out) straight to your pre-amp and skip these products.

As your headphone is bluetooth you have a couple of options.
LUMIN - Multi-Room
Lumin supports Airplay.
Connect your iPhone to it and use this as a receiver.

Simply try a Bluetooth transmitter, maybe it is not as worse as you think e.g. Best Bluetooth Transmitter for TV & More | Avantree

Get a pro portable solution like Audio Wireless Monitoring System - Sennheiser
I haven't the slightest idea how it compares with Bluetooth.
