The VIDA is a Japanese solid-state phono-stage a LCR-type RIAA network. The brand is not well known in North America. But the sound, to me, is breathtaking. 30 seconds into my in-home audition, I knew I had to buy it. My AMG V12 sounded GREAT for the first time. My German table is now working with a Japanese attendant to feed my Canadian pre-amp & American amp, which, in turn, drive my Italian speakers. So I am literally all over the map, and full of joy. For the first time I don't want to change anything. (Check with me however when the MKII Magico S3 is announced later this year.)
