He wrote this song with Chip Taylor....Jon Voight's brother.... They went to my high school. Chip Taylor had a hit, writing "Wild Thing".

Billy Vera used to play, on Friday nights, at a local bar in Chappaqua NY., The Siding. My group of friends hung out there many weekend nights.
