Artisan Fidelity Garrard 301 Statement

Very nice finish on this Garrard remake. Beautiful to look at.

Anyone heard it, does it sound as great as it looks? Some of the review comments suggest it is sound-wise up there with the Shindos, AMGs and Clearaudios.

As the Garrard 301 was discontinued in 1965, can it be mechanically on par with more modern designs?

That is a beautiful piece of woodworking. I'd take mine in a more figured wood . They do nice work.

They’re custom-made, really beautiful. But they’re asking 20K (sigh). That’s a lots of dough.

20 Grand, wow I think I'll stick with my Empire 398. Built like a tank and runs great!
