Any idea on how to get that big boat out of the way?

I first thought of posting it in the boat's forum section, but I decided to post here instead. :)

We need some smart engineers; so I'm all ears.

No timeline given for freeing huge ship blocking Suez Canal | Business and Economy News | Al Jazeera

I did have an idea, by using two giant boats...one pushing the front out of the sand, the other pushing the rear as the front gets aligned. But, after viewing and reading further more it could split the big boat in the middle.

Good luck to all the best engineers of the world to resolve this awkward position...a 400 meters long boat (220,000 tons).

Anyone here with a good idea? :scholar::einstein:

One of the latest from a scientific engineer (technical topic aspect) ...

Two more tug boats are speeding to the rescue.
If they can't unstuck the big guy they'll start removing its cargo.
And of course it can take weeks and some.

Should they enlarge the Canal for the larger boats, or assist the larger boats in Suez?
Yes, assist the big ones so that this doesn't happen ever anymore.

If you have been following what the implications are from this you already know that business is not functioning as usual. It's not positive for the companies, and it's not positive for the consumers as the price of goods, price of oil, and price of audio electronics is going up in certain regions of our world.

In Canada for example, the price of gasoline keeps getting crazy high because of this...what they say. I didn't check the price of Magico speakers yet. ;)

Anyway, all in the business world news of impacting finances for many; because of that boat stuck in diagonal in the Suez Canal...that's the day/week reality. And going around Africa takes roughly a week longer (+ 5,000 kilometers) and it's more expensive too (fuel).

There are roughly (I guess) now 250 boats waiting on both sides; some are leaving to go for the long journey around Africa. What would you do?

What could be in those 20,000 containers?

Meanwhile ...

They moved the cargo ship thirty yards.
They are talking about unloading those 20,000 heavy containers, even using big helicopters on that operation. I don't think all the other big cargo ships (300+ or so by yesterday...both south and north entrances) want to wait that long. It has been six days now, since March 23.

Over 120 ships are blocked @ the south entrance alone ...

Yes, finally after a week the big cargo ship Ever Given is free ...
