Technically, recent discoveries show that not all cells all the cells in our body have the same DNA. Based on work by Nobel prize winner Barbara McClintock and corn, researchers recently found "jumping genes (genes that move between cells)" in human neurons as predicted by her studies done in the '50s. The same may hold true in other cell types but obviously role of jumping genes in our brain is the subject of considerable research.
