Annoying playlist bug

I use an attached USB drive with directories classified as 'Classical', 'Rock', etc. Inside of these directories are directories of Artists, and in those directories are directories of CDs.

I create a playlist of songs from each CD directory, and it works fine for a while. However, lately songs are disappearing. On random shuffle, the app will jump to a song, and it does not play. It then jumps to another song, which usually plays. If I try to play the non-playing song manually it will not play. However, when first added it did play.

I have to delete the non-playing song, and then re-add it. At that point it does play.

My previous music server app has an option to rebuild the database but I do not see that as an option with Lumin.

Losing songs and re adding is very annoying. Can we get this fixed?

Thank you.

Edit:

You will not notice this bug unless you are actually looking at the iPhone, see song 'X' display, and then jump to song 'Y', which plays. If you aren't paying attention you would never know this problem exists, especially when using random shuffle.

Although this shouldn't be necessary, please reserve a fixed IP address for the Lumin S1 in your router settings. Then power cycle the Lumin.

Even though it shouldn't be necessary, if you are using Comcast/XFinity internet service it is pretty much mandatory. This simple step resolved all of my Auralic playback issues. Also assign a fixed IP address to the IOS control device (iPad, iPod Touch etc.)

After doing #2, please trash the playlist and re-add the whole playlist. (Should not load from a saved playlist from iPad - this defeats the whole purpose.) Hopefully this isn't too painful...
